If you screw it out it will make it leaner. It's only controlling the air.

I kinda solved the problem. I changed the original carb with a 17.5 Dellorto (98 main jet) and now it runs way better, but still not perfect. I think it is because of the gap of reed valve petals. I changed the original ones with a Polini carbon set which came with the cylinder set, but they have a big gap and I can't understand why. The reed valve is brand new so it's not worn out.
