The head lights won't work until the scooter is running, as it's an AC system. The horn should work though.
It's such a long time since I've worked on one, but the starter relay is usually not far from the battery.
If you follow the wire from the starting motor it will be there.

So stupid, DOH!
The shutoff switch was off. I just didnt notice. Solved the problem.

So stupid, DOH! The shutoff switch was off. I just didnt notice. Solved the problem. I've been there. I don't use the kill switch to stop the engine but sometimes I switch it by accident when cleaning or working on it. |
