The C10 comes with CE approval. Which means it's restricted. It's easy to tell as it will have the "E" Mark on it.

Yes it means race. But to use it legally on the street it's got to be restricted. Lots of countries in Europe are pretty hot on moped modifications. So even if you removed the restrictions, it would still be stamped. When I had my C16. One garage would not pass the inspection without the e mark. The other just said "it's a noisy bugger isn't it. " I guess Yasuni thinks anything under a C16 will be used on the street.

Any input about if I should keep my 17.5mm carb with the cylinder kit or use the 25mm malossi kit that was included?

The 25mm carb would be better suited to the kit and pipe you have ordered. You could still use the 17.5. But it would be the one piece limiting the others.

I suppose being right in between the R, and C16. It should work really well. Don't forget to remove the two restrictions. I thought all the 'c' exhausts don't have the restrictions. I will check when it comes in. It's a newer exhaust so I don't find a ton of info out there. Next I have to decide if I just rejet my 17.5mm delortto or put the 25mm phbl malossi kit the scooter came with.... I think the mhr rep will work with either. That might well be true! I believe the C16 also has a little tag on the side stating it's purely for racing. I've seen restricted pipes come with a little certificate saying is homologated for street use if you leave the restrictors in. Really curious for that c10. The R and the c16 are both straigt up winners. If the c10 is somewhere in the middle you're golden!

Amazing, you guys are a huge wealth of knowledge. Thanks! I will fit the 25mm carb when I do the kit. I think I will also set the squish to the .8-1mm range as well. I know the stock crank can be limiting and it came with a new crank but I don't think the rep kit with it's port map will have the revs too high for the stock piaggio crank with 2kms on it.

The R and the c16 are both straigt up winners. If the c10 is somewhere in the middle you're golden! Forgot to update, but the c10 only had a restriction in the head pipe and that easily came out. It came with both the certificate and a tag that says it's road legal. I rode it with just the pipe, derestricted air box, upjetted carb, multivar 2000, 6g rollers, malossi torque driver, and some medium clutch springs. It made great power and was pretty fun even though it's only the stock cyl. Now I'm in the process of putting the mhr rep kit on, surprising the floor of the ports needed a small .15mm base shim instead of the gasket to have the ports line up with the top of the piston at BDC. With that I'm getting .75mm squish, I think that's pretty good compared to other people with double the squish on their kits. I'm curious to see how long my crank will last. Hah.
