it would sure be helpful to see how much compression you are getting. 135 or higher is good enough in my opinion. I have 145 on my tao tao and have had for almost 6000 miles and it runs very good. I think you need a compression tester. you might find out all those parts are good and the problem is something else. another thing to check, and it's probably been mentioned, is the exhaust PORT. after you remove the muffler you look in the hole of the cylinder to see the piston. lots of carbon accumulates there. I'm careful not to damage the piston and scratch and poke until I see shiny metal. I've bought numerous mopeds that have been badly packed in the past.

Thanks for the message. I bought the new BBK and think I may of figured out the issue or an issue at least. When I was checking the valve clearance for 0.04 I did not have the timing set to the T. I know now how dumb that sounds but before I just checked the clearance on where ever it was left. When I got the timing set there was a huge gap. I got that set correctly and getting it back together. I broke the screw on the timing chain tensioner so I have to wait on it. When I freely turn the flywheel it is way easier than before as well. It may be mental but seams way easier now. I knew the BBK wasn’t the issue but by changing it I was forced to see how everything works and when putting it back together realized how dumb I was thinking the clearance could be checked w/o the timing in the correct position. I will update though in a few days. I am so excited now like a little kid I have so much time vested. I appreciate everyone who has helped me it’s greatly appreciated.
