A few times a week, I get customers (or calls) who are looking for parts for their "off-brand" scooter or ATV. Sometimes I can help them with simple things that are rather universal (turn signals, starter relays, mirrors, sometimes jets, fuel filter, oils, battery, etc.), but not for anything more major and/or specific (bearings, rings, rectifier/regulator, etc.).
Just to let you guys know...
I've been quite impressed with the awesomeness of the community and resources on this forum.
I've started referring these customers here (as well as to a local shop that carries Chinese parts).

We like civility and friendliness here and someone, or several members, are always willing to try to help if they can. Brent's tech section is unparalleled by any other sites on the net as far as I know. Brent has put the time and dedication into this site to make it the excellent vehicle to understanding, maintaining and modding small displacement scooters (especially Chinese scooters) and deserves that recognition to the fullest. The varied expertise of this site's members fills in the balance of whatever else might be necessary. We have fun here too. It all works out to be the finest such site on the web as far as I'm concerned.
Send em' on down gurl....

Nice to see someone else recognize the fact that this is by far the best forum for scooterists. Well, scooterists of the the Chinese variety anyway. It's been my home page for 2+ years now. I donate funds when I can because Brent is always there for me when I need help via PM, I make money selling stuff in the for sale section and I am fully aware that he toils relentlessly to improve the site. $20 here, $25 there. He's a great guy. If you really want to show your appreciation buy a T-shirt or something or click the Donate button once in a while! They can be found at the bottom of this page: www.49ccscoot.com/

Indeed! I plan on having a "49ccscoot" license plate for Little Jazz. And a T-shirt would rock! Gotta wait till I get birthday funds, though. I'm running on fumes at the moment, so to speak. LOL

Thanks for the props all and thanks for sending folks our way. I find it really cool lately that I can get on and people are covering so many questions for each other. That's awesome, and greatly appreciated. Hopefully I'll get back to expanding the library before too long. I miss riding and actually enjoying it rather than freezing.

Question about the hoodies. Not all of them show a picture of what the back looks like. I really want one with the logo on the back, but my choices seem limited. Do all of them repeat the logo on the back, or only the ones that show it?

For some reason CafePress doesn't let me put a logo on the back of hoodies. Sorry. If anyone sees something they like in a t-shirt and would like a logo/image flipped front to back or whatever, lemme know and I can add another version of it how you want it.

zazel lets the customer customize things how they want but they are a lot more expensive then cafepress plus zazel can be a pia to get things aproved for use they refused to print something for me becuase you could read the badge on my stella it took getting a copy of the shops paperwork that says they could use all genuine logos and a letter from them saying that what i was working on was a project sponsered by the shop

But I can tell you that I do disable my ad blocker for this website (And ONLY this website) Just so that Brent can have a little more pocket change for this amazing site. If any of you use an ad blocker, I suggest you do the same. He deserves at least that much.
