I know Brent is a pretty big Kyle Busch fan and after seeing his many jaw-dropping, sparks flying, totally out of shape slides w/o crashing I think I am one too. He pushed Tony Stuart to the lead on the last lap and then edged him out at the finish by 0.01 seconds. WOW!

At least you can see why I'm a Kyle Busch fan. Looks like they got the pack racing back that they wanted so bad. I liked the "2 car tandem" stuff that was going on previously too. Seems kinda odd to me that they make the cars less stable as part of that, but as long as ratings are good I dunno that they'll change it.

Personally, I felt that the tandem super speedway racing that existed last year was pretty ridiculous and I'm glad NASCAR has designed their way away from it. I feel there are still some aero tweaks that can be made to stabilize the cars a bit more in pack racing. The spark showers are totally spectacular, though. :thumb: espn.go.com/video/clip?id=7590932

Personally I liked the Jeff Gordon performance in this particular race. A spectacular crash is always cool...when they can walk away of course

There are gonna be a lot of mad car owners till they get those tweaks figured out. There were a bunch of cars wrecked out last night and that was with a 25 car field instead of the 43 at the 500. I'm weird about wrecks. I kinda like 'em and I kinda don't. It seems the more I become a racing fan, the less I like the wrecks or at least the hard ones. I like them to wreck in the sense that if no one crashes they usually aren't racing as hard as they could be. They are cool to watch sometimes. The ones that look bad are never cool to me until the driver is out of the car.
It also doesn't help that I like so many drivers, so when there's a big one there's a good chance one is involved. I like a bunch, I'm basically indifferent about a bunch, and there are a couple I'm not a fan of at all. Kyle's brother Kurt is one. I know Kyle doesn't have the best record for attitude, but the stuff Kurt was saying to interviewers and his team was ridiculous and I'm glad Penske ditched him for it after last year.

I'm surprised to see another fan. I thought almost everyone hated him... sure sounds like it whenever you listen to driver introductions. lol I guess one thing for any other driver to learn... NEVER wreck Dale Jr if you want fans.
