Okay so this has been my first build and I must say I'm HOOKED! This scoot started life as a bone stock keeway f-act 50cc 4t. Ive since added a few cosmetic and performance upgrades to give it that lo-slung and loud persona i always wanted. My current upgrades are as follows: Hand made 10inch stretch bracket Naraku hi speed variator Dr. Pulley 6gram variator weights Uni pod intake filter NCY HI-Performance coil Custom made carbon fiber ehaust NCY billet aluminum drive Max-Led green accent lights Led turn signal conversion coming soon-koso speedometer

:welcome: and great work. Looks cool. One thing, it looks like you have no exhaust bracket. You should consider making a bracket for extra support to alleviate some stress from the head and studs holding the whole exhaust.

Hey thanks alot 90GTVert. And yes I agree there is some stress on the studs, something may be made in the near future. The exhaust i built and welded myself and in defense weighs very little but its always a work in progress! Above is a picture before i painted my stretch bracket, converted to flat bars and uncluttered sone decals for a cleaner look.

Above is a picture before i painted my stretch bracket, converted to flat bars and uncluttered sone decals for a cleaner look. Even not weighing much, I'd do it. The vibration on these things really takes a toll on unsupported parts. Take it from someone that's had exhausts crack and issues with bolts and studs in heads. It looks like your pipe is pretty close to the lower mount bolt (near the dipstick). If nothing else, maybe a support could be made there that you could probably hardly see? Some kinda triangulation seems to work the best, but if it's really light just getting it a support point there could be all it needs for a long life.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks for the great tech help vert! I'll have a look at it tonight and see what i can figure out. I just did all the work little by little and aesthetically i think iit hangs with alot of the nicer ones. Was kinda shooting for that ruckus low profile look with plenty more body panels haha. And if im not mistaken after searching for awhile Im pretty sure its the only 2011 4t keeway f-act that's stretched.

It does hang with 'em. I really like it. What did you do to get the handlebars so low? That makes it look more sleek. I use aftermarket mounts on mine and they all stick up about like stock.

Just a standard bmx bar clamp with the main fork post cut down a bit to get it lower. Just had to take quite a few measurements before i cut it down. It does have a little bit of offset forward but it didnt take long to get used to. I'll post some pictures tonight of the bar setup and a few others. The forum gets me through the workday haha. Just figured I'd finally join and post my pics to hear some feedback.
