Nice scoot! Seems like you should have a great street ride with your setup. Thanks for all the pics of the brake.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback. As far as the rotor it's a stock keeway/qj rotor. I tried to get the 280mm stage 6 rotor but it didn't fit.

And the matrix is pretty hefty, I'm planning to get some kind of 90+ cc motor in the near future. It's pretty fast as it sits now but I got bit by the speed bug. If I don't upgrade this bike I'm probably going to pick up a zuma 125 and modify it as it's fuel injected. So there's a lot more things thy can be done to it like turbo, dohc, and fatty tires.

so i added a few more things this weekend, like a goodridge stainless brake line, led bulbs for turn signals and rear brake light, also installed the stage 6 reed cage. i feel like the brake line improved performance by about %10, well worth the $60 investment, the led bulbs are definitely way brighter than stock, i sometimes ride at night so as far as safety you have to be blind not to see these. super bright. if i had to compare it to stock bulbs, i would say it's a %50 improvement.
now for a quick review on the stage 6 reed cage. IF YOU HAVE A BBK THIS IS A MUST, the throttle response has greatly improved, so i feel like the bike has more torque, the power delivery is a lot more smoother, top speed has increased by about 1mile/hr, i can go up hills at a faster speed, and the engine sound is a bit more throatier at speed and at idle. way smoother at idle

now on for some better tires. going to order some avon viper stryke for f/r 120/70/12F and 140/70/12 R. i think i also need to upgrade the battery to a Ballistic battery and get bigger gauge wires as i cant seem to crank the engine to a start as easily with the bbk.

90gtvert you are the man!!!, thanks i was always wondering if there was a bigger starter out there. is it pretty much plug and play or do you have to modify anything?

The only difference I've seen in fitting some of the starters (assuming it's meant for the minarelli engine) is how the wires connect. Some have a short harness and connector and some are just a terminal on the starter for positive and you ground with a ring terminal on one of the mounting bolts. The ones with the connector and wires are usually just attached to the terminals though so you can just swap your harness onto the ones without and if yours never had it you can remove the harness if it came with one. Not a problem.
