I've made plenty of base gaskets for my cylinders and am fairly good at it by now, but dude - i would hate to have to cut out that trans gasket, lol.

lol Sounds useful at least. I did read a good idea on an automotive site. Someone suggested using a scanner to create gasket templates. They could be done in PDF format so they are easy to download and print in proper scale to use as cutting templates. Shame I have no scanner. They can be adhered to gasket material using a spray adhesive to be sure they don't move during cutting. The cool part of this one would be that you could make gaskets before you tear something apart.

I saw that too,but sometimes printer accuracy isnt always that good, its just a gasket though,so I guess "close" is good enough..

Still waiting on the trans gasket, but I did get the cylinder, reed assembly, and intake on. Still need to check for squish clearance and leaks and such, but I'll probably wait till I get the gearbox done to put the CVT and e-start back on so I can check squish.

Not really. lol I will if it warms up. An open (no fairings) scoot is the best thing ever in the summer. Sucks bad in the winter. lol

On a serious note, the big fans won't fit all minarellis. They fit on the 50cc Triton, but the Venus had no room at all for a larger than stock fan. Not sure if that's a short case / long case difference or just certain models are made different.
