Wow very nice scooter Millsc that has a BBK right? I'm guessing since it says 110cc. You guys are totally right about these ebay prices I'm shocked about how much more affordable it is on there, no wonder why you guys all buy from ebay

Yeah I thought the luggage rack looked the same, that paint on yours is killer, I like it. I hear what your saying about back pressure, I'll hold off on a pipe till I have time for the BBK.. For now just gunna stick with a CDI, hot ignition and the iridium plug for the cold air up here plus the carb of course, had a carb already put on my fiances scooter it runs smoother with it, not sure where the mechanic ordered it from tho ^^. Do you blow by any oil without the oil can and pcv on the 52mm piston?

Just FYI, lots of those kits aren't the cc they claim. For example, the stock stroke is 41.4mm. That means it's only just shy of 88cc with the 52mm big bore. Not that it really matters, but just so you know to pay no mind to the claims on lots of ads. Just look at bore size.

Millsc did you need to use more then one gasket with your big valve head? Also was it the 69mm or regular? I'm considering that 52mm kit but it seems complicated the more I read about it.. was it a easy install with your setup? Thanks again for the help!

Do you need to have the 69mm head in order for the engine to run? Im looking at the 47mm stage IV kit looks like its priced pretty good for the items you get and a bit more simple to install, thinking I'll only need one base gasket with that and it will help build my confidence, then when I get bored with the 72cc I'll have enough cash for the 52mm, I'm trying to keep it under 400 dollars. The 69mm head for the 52mm is 174 dollars alone lol, plus I want to do tranny work with the 47mm. Also Mill was your scooter a 63cc stock? I looked at mine and it doesnt have the 6B stamp just a 1P39QMB.

you can use your stock head with a 72cc kit so the valve size doesn't matter i use a hoca performance 50mm head with my 52mm kit 119 bucks for the head and mine was not a 63cc stock it had a 39mm piston
