First off I would like to say Hello, I have been reading for a while and this is my first thread. On Monday a local man was killed on his scooter he was following to close and not paying attention a jeep stopped for turning traffic, he did not. This can be read at ... Wset.com .. So please be safe and pay attention to others! Now I would like to say I have seen some awesome pics and rides on this site you guys have some cool scooters. Mine is a keeway f- act 50 . I have not modified anything ( yet) as I have a 2 year warranty. I love this thing me and a few guys from work ride all the time well when it's warm anyway. I have had it 9 months and already have over 2500 miles on it. Well mostly due to the fact that my main ride is a dodge ram and yes it's got a hemi, that's why I own a scooter..lol Just wanted drop in and say hi and ride safe! Danny

Welcome this place is great friendly with lots of good info. At the price of gas I understand why your truck is lonely. I bought a Zuma new in 08 and had a pipe ordered for it before the dealer found me a black bike. It doesn't take long to figure out if you got a good one at 2500 miles I'd say you did. Welcome

Thanks for the welcome, yeah I think it's a pretty good one. I only live about 6 miles from where I work too so I ride to work a lot when it's warmer.

Danny Vigilant and aware operation is a must for all two wheeled vehicle operators. Having a couple of accidents has actually made me a safer rider. My mindset is that all other drivers and road conditions are out to get me. I believe that riding scooters or motorcycles makes anyone a better driver of any vehicle.

Welcome to the clan Danny!
I always assume that everyone else out there are complete morons that are incapable of doing the right thing and I'm right on many, many occasions. You drive a scooter in Los Angeles and you learn to think like that real quick.
"Following too close". That's a major no-no but daydreaming while riding 35 MPH is an even worse no-no!

Sweet ride! I also have a Keeway F-Act. Is yours a 2T (two stroke) or a 4T (four stroke). Mine is a 2T beast... I love scoots now... I used to not like them, but once I rode one for the first time, I fell in love with them. Been scootin' now for three years and I wish I would have started sooner. I also can't wait for it to warm up a bit so I can ride without freezing my hands off, among other body parts. Let me or any of the members know if you have any questions. I can give you some tips on parts that will fit the Keeway F-Act if you want to know what fits or works. I hope you have a 2T... They are sooooo much faster and easier to mod than the GY6's. Ride on....
