Hi, Being a trike owner I was wondering if maybe someone could start a Trikes Category to the Home menu here at 49ccScoot.Com? That would be awesome if you could. And I bet it will attract a lot of Trike owners to the site. Thanks

I can do it. My main concern is that it may be kinda dead like the 250 area here without a lot of folks on trikes. I also figured the basic idea is the same with the trike engines, you just have some different suspension and drive issues. I'd be glad to do it if there's interest. If anyone else likes the idea, please speak up. If there's some support, I'll be glad to add it.

That would be awesome! Even if It's just one line covering everything about Trikes, That would be fantastic. Thanks

I'm gonna go ahead and add 1 trike section. If it means we may get new faces, I'll gladly add it... and twisted has posted enough in the last week to make an active section. I do think they're interesting, so I'd be very glad if we got more around so I could learn about the trike specifics as well.

Yeah I like them. I rode a 150 trike once and I kept leaning into the turns cause I'm so used to a two wheeler.

I still have only seen one of the more traditional scooter trikes in person (at a distance), and a few of the MP3 clones with 2 wheels up front. For some reason I have a great desire to make a trike do power wheelies. lol The new section is up BTW.

Nice. Maybe that kid will grow up to own a scooter trike? lol Those old ATV type trikes were notorious for wheelies, but considering I've barely seen a Chinese scooter trike period... there definitely need to be more out there getting the front wheel up.

Wow that will be awesome thank you! Last time I was on this site I honestly wanted to stay but left because there was no trike Category. I feel it will bring a lot of new people here. And trikes are getting very popular now. They really are serious head turners. Everybody checks it out when I ride. I can leave my house and ride for hours with never putting my feet down at all. I also lean back on a nice trunk pillow I have. I am 6'3" So I take the whole seat lol! It feels very nice to ride with the legs stretched.

I rode one in the 80's, was a Honda. Think it was a 250. First corner stick my leg out like you do on a dirt bike and run straight over my leg lol

Ouch!
Nothing like a couple hundred pounds leaving the road and traveling up the back of your leg huh? lol! The first time I rode it, I ran over myself!
My foot got caught and it sucked me off the scooter like a vacuum, lol!

I came off a jump with my atc 110 and my feet came off the pegs, ran up back of both legs to my knees at about 35mph. Only thing that saved my ankles from injury was a good set of motocross boots, I was on hard ground and slid a long ways on my toes with my groin pulled into the seat
