I like the idea of a 24-48 hour rule for tag modification more than never posting anything that's not really easy. Possibly because part of scoot tag to me has always been an excuse to ride or ride somewhere different. If we do nothing but outhouses, fast food joints, and the like then part of it is lost. Don't want to hold the game up too much, but if someone has to take a longer ride to get something it may take a bit. We should not go so far as to intentionally post tags that we don't think people can get. Sometimes it's hard to know.

I agree there. It evens the playing field more when there's more challenging tags.
Although one time 90gtvert hit a rest stop on his t-max, and I'm like "how'm i supposed to hit the interstate and bomb along til I find a rest stop? On my 50cc scooter?" Hahah. Almost had to risk it on the spree-a-relli haha.

I can ride to a few without going on a highway at all, so I never thought anything of it. |

When I did palm tree or didn't occur to me that not everyone had them every other corner. I'm about 2 hours from the beach so I didn't think I'd be hard

Right 90GTVert , this game is to give our fellow comrades a little nudge out the door. So, not to be unfair to mrkswthwrth or tiny , but the game must go on. If anyone can get to, say, any outdoor entertainment venue (think waterpark, amusement part, big outdoor canopy tents, etc.) that will suffice. Going back through maybe 10 pages of this thread, it was never more than 2 days before a tag was fulfilled. Honestly though, the few places I have lived (PA, FL, NY) there had always been a fairgrounds within a scootering distance, whoduhthunk. The show must go on. |
