I recently bought a keeway hurricane 50cc as a first bike, for £90 I knew it had to have work done to it so I fine when it has no brakes and the exhaust was hanging off, and the front headlight and fairing needed replacing, but other than this she ran very loud, but she ran! So as soon as I got home with it the work started, soon things started looking good as the exhaust was only hanging off because of two loose bolts and broken brackets! But when I was removing the bolts they snapped inside the cylinder head!! So my dad and I drilled the offending bolts! Although we couldent find the tools to re thread the holes for bolts so, I used a nut and bolt system after exhaust paste was added to ensure no leaks the broken braket was fixed with a few zip ties:/ but then putting the engine back on to the bike remained, I've made a rookie mistake and forgotten to take pictures where all the petrol/ oil lines go! And wires! So now I have a ped that will turn over with no spark and won't start with no oil lines plugged in! Any pictures to where the oil and petrol lines go would be greatly appreciated! I'm still new to bikes, and this was my first time working on a two stroke engine, I've been completely lost! Give me a car engine to work on and I will be well on my way haha!
