Looks like it would be pretty good for light dirt work.... like for when you go visit your Dad.

Good idea, maybe build it up like a scooter-cross unit and gear it for the hills?

This one sounds mean! No dyno sheet tho The way these things shift, kinda sounds like a 2speed auto?

Reminds me of my old '86 Suzuki. Wasn't meant for the trails, but it was fun on the trails

Yes the wheels are aluminum. I had a 83 Honda Express that saw many trails when i was young.

You know I love my 2 strokes, but I'd swap a pitbike engine on there and do some shifting. Sorry, but those are great little engines too. The gearbox really makes 'em as well as availability of engines and parts. They hang sorta like the Tomos engine so the swap may not be that bad. Here's a 124cc with a high end kit, but you can go to at least 160cc with the right base motor.

I like the last one I was thinking trials bike, or hill climber. Something off road. Then I saw the pitbike swap, now that'd be sweet.

Looks like the Tomos is coming home sooner than i expected at first ;D! Gonna need a set of sprockets but hopefully i have most everything else it will take to make it reliable and legal. Gotta lay low :paranoid:
