I think the longest stroker crank for an AM6 is 45mm,isnt a stock Aerox100 47.5mm?If so that'd throw the port timings waaay off!

A jug like that will probably be set up for a 45mm stroke at most would be my guess but that's cool stud spacing is workable Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

Look for MXS and Bidalot kits for AM6, I think they have 47-48mm stroke.

Not an expert I'm afraid these are the first am6 engines I have had. And I haven't opened them up yet. I don't want to open up the one cos it's just been rebuilt, the other that I would open (needs rebuilt) is still in the bike at the minute so dunno how soon I'll get the chance man

Just another thought that has run through my head way to wild for a street scooter but would be wild in a drag frame. Instead of cutting the tranny off of a mx motor and welding it to a scooter tranny how about a twin or triple Cylinder lc snowmobile motor. Clutch is on left ignition on right no tranny to remove. Already set up for a variator style clutch etc. Just getting a scooter tranny to deal with the power might be tricky and keeping the front down. The last 600 triple I road lifted the skies taking off and keep them up till I ran out of field a half mile later and had to brake. Would be dangerous on the street but FFFAST on the strip lol. Just a crazy thought but aren't we all slightly crazy lol

my uncle loves snowmobiles to death and takes them up to Colorado, the last one he built was a 1000x3 bored over to a 1500 and cost him thousands! hes big into that seen but he deff has the money working for a big name and running his own moto shop. hes deff living the life now adays lol
the ruckus has 2 part design and the swing arm can actually un bolt off of it leaving what looks like a mx engine. you can buy the swingarms off of ebay for around 35 and low as 5dollars!
