Update: Since I chopped my springs in the front the ride has been a bit harsh (as expected). On a whim I put 1 table spoon of 50 weight in the fork for each inch I removed (3 table spoons total). Now she rides almost as smooth as stock. As expected I still hit the bump stops when I nail a pot hole or some extreme road condition but Im very pleased with the results and I cant believe it worked as well as it did. I know its a hack way of figuring this stuff out by hey its my way and it seems to be working

I don't even measure my fork oil. I fill it all the way up and try to lose as little as possible reassembling.
