No idea how plausible it is with your clutch, but I find that sort of prying them on generates more force much easier than just trying to pull. Same thing applies for center stand springs. A screwdriver's leverage makes that big spring require little effort.

90GTVertThanks Brent. That is how I put on the stiff green HIT springs. But look at the following images and you'll see that the spring doesn't even fit inside the hole on one side and look at that distance. I mean those are mean red springs no way they stretch that mutch.

I have those exact springs in mine. The stiffest springs that come with the HIT clutch never engaged high enough for my set up. Those red S6 mofos got me engaging a little over 8k.

Pretty happy with the result. I'm going to try a little lighter rollers and see if more rpm will gain or lose me speed. I feel like it's in the sweet spot rpm wise, but I won't know till I try. Sure would like that rpm gauge right about now. Never again will I order from AliExpress.

This how I change my clutch springs. I made a custom tip to capture the spring. In action. I cant take total credit, I seen this and made it better.

gsx600racer Send me a price for such a custom made tool in. I buy one. The tool is Lisle 49200. The tips were made from a Allen wrench that fit the tool. I will make a build thread showing how to make the tip/s in the next couple days.

Thanks man. Feels good to finally get over the 70mph mark, it was a battle. But us being us, and doing what we do, I gotta try tweaking a few things before I'll call it my max speed run. Dam tweakers

That 73 mph was with the 11:1 gearing? That little cylinder has got some big pelotas!

That 73 mph was with the 11:1 gearing? That little cylinder has got some big pelotas! Ya man 11-1's in it. I wonder what kind of speed it would do with the 9-1's in it? These prebug are so light, I'm sure that's a big factor in its speed
