I went to check the plug and the inside of the spark plug boot fell apart when I pulled it off. So I did a little creative repair with parts from and old coil that had failed.

Went out to the scooter today and was greeted by a puddle of oil. Leaking again from the top hose connection on the injector. There is just no clearance between the engine casing and the injector during part of pushing it back in it must be dislodging the hose just a bit when its reinstalled. So now i have to pull the jug again and disconnect the pipe etc etc. Just don't have the patience now to deal with it. Stuck a bucket under it and walked away. I need to do just a little grinding with the dremel so the top hose connection doesn't get pushed around when installing it. As my dad used to say "I hope whoever designed this designed one more and died"

I also ordered a new 54mm top end, some new rear brake shoes, and a shorter rear brake cable. I'm sure the wife won't mind at all...but i did have a credit and a coupon.

Switching to pre-mix would fix that leak for sure.

Switching to pre-mix would fix that leak for sure. Yeah, but I would still need to fix the leak first. Twisted I know but that's how I roll....

50cc I don't think so buddy. My partner and I are experts on size. You won't be "getting off" with a warning. We are going to have to make things "harder" for you this time....

I pulled out the injector and discovered the outside top edge of the nipple was sharp. Since its such a tight fit putting the injector back in the hose gets compressed against it and it actually cuts the hose. Sanded it down with 220 grit sandpaper put the hose back on and pushed the injector past the hard area. Didn't put it all back together just going to wait and see if it leaks again. I also twisted the crap out of my ankle in martial arts class, so I got a pass on chores and going shopping with the wife...

Good news the injector isn't leaking anymore... Bad news my ankle is to swollen and sore to ride it now. And my last ride was so much fun!!! The universe hates me

I need a center stand to fit the bottom of the polaris engine. I'm assuming thats what the bracket is for.. Which would be nice because I cut the old one off the frame do to the fact it was impossible to try and get a pipe mounted. Any suggestions would be great.

I had to remove my center stand in order for my pipe to fit. Is there something else I could use?

I know there are short and long case centerstands, or maybe it's 10" wheel and 12" wheel stands. One is definitely shorter than the other at any rate. Not sure if there are other variations. I'd guess yes, but no experience with them. Not sure if any would help the issue. There's always the side/kick stand.
