Parts For Scooters sells a jet kit (part # 114-50) for about $15 and there's 10% off this month with code "GEARUP14". Instead of 3 jets for $15 you get 10. You can also get the half sizes from sits like JetsRUs and RockyMountainATV. 2004 and beyond CPI should be 12mm wrist pin. Never hurts to check, but that's what they are supposed to be. Now THAT is a deal Brent! Thanks..that comes out to less than $1.49 per jet!!..and you can more easily tune the scoot..vice try a jet..then wait a week for a new one if it is not correct. Plus it covers every 2T engine from a stock 50.. a 70cc BBK and all the way up to the super big stuff you guys build like 96cc and 103 Minarelli's.. Ordering one now..

As I will be doing the work on His wife’s scooter how can I tell if its 12mm wrist pin. Do I need to remove the jug and measure it? Or is there some other way. My main engines is the 4t and 2t is somewhat new to me.

I can put a 12mm and 10mm piston kit in the BBK I have. That way ya got both..use the one that fits..sell the other one or use it as an ashtray?.. Wait..sell it or keep it for another build..that would be a waste of a new Piston Kit as an ashtray..

That way no matter what size it is we are coverd. I have a bunch of 'ashtrays' in the shop now. I could melt down all the old parts down and mold a twin cyl scoot. Hmmmm thats an idea.
