It's just a family thing bro. Now stick with your "ScootinZen" and get through this safe and healthy.
BTW i'm finally finishing up the edit of T&G and i worked on your interview earlier this wee Hope to have it off to duplication next week. Made me think, Skeedr just needs some track time!

I joined up wit the local Craigs list forum and posted this. I hope to have a local ride put together before and after court, we shale see? I will of course keep you all posted! Thanks so much everyone ! "What does everyone think of the current state law that makes going any faster than 25MPH on a Moped or Scooter illegal? I think this is OVERKILL!!! I understand that there should be a set sped limit, but 25MPH? I looked up all the states current Moped laws and Indiana has the slowest speed limit of 25MPH!!! It no joke either folks, THEY WILL IMPOUND YOUR MOPED AND EVEN TAKE YOU TO JAIL for speeding on your moped or scooter(this happened to me). As soon as you go over 25MPH its no longer a MOPED according to the law...After 25MPH it is in the MOTORCYCLE class and you must have a valid M/C endorsement and plate, insurance, etc.... This is a HUGE problem with people that travel with automobiles as they are not able to go the speed limit if over 25MPH because they are being held up by a slow traveling scooter. Im sure this has happened to allot of you first hand. I am very sorry but i have to go 25MPH! Most all MOPED and SCOOTERS are capable of going over 25MPH very safe. BOTTOM LINE! THE MOPED LIMIT IS DANGEROUS AND SHOULD BE INCREASED TO BETTER TRAVELERS OF ALL TYPES, AS A WHOLE!!!"

Oh, he cast the first stone. LOL, well you know how that works. Hang in there. We are none of us perfect, and claiming he is just shows how small his little soul is. Know that and let it go.

Thanks Goosey, im fine! There is a butthole in every bunch, its all in how ya deal with them. Thanks for the kind words Tim!!! Doing good! I have just been hanging around the house all day. Did some things that need done(mowed this morning) , then recorded a storm rolling in.....Its good to just chill around the house and do nothing sometimes. I have a good book here all about Nikola Tesla i bought a while back. I have always been fascinated with his work ever since i learned the TRUTH, not what school taught us. Im gonna sit back and finish that tonight i think?

Ok, dont get me wrong, im dong pretty well considering the circumstances (could always be worse). One thing aside! I MISS MY Skeedr !!! Everyone thats around me day to day says i am not the same man since this happened  ! I know im not! Im fighting a bitter rage inside me that gets real nasty sometimes !! I think im ok one minute then feel like im flat off my rocker the next :stumped: .... Ive been through some rough times before but honestly i dont remember ever being so frustrated and back-stabbed, pissed-off, confused, LOST, and vengeful feeling. Some people say i knew i was breaking the law, whats the big deal? They just dont understand :bfg: ! Its soo much different this time! I have broken the law before, KNOWINGLY, and paid my dues ! This time its so messed up. Like ive said before, its kinda like having a young child that is supposed to ask for a cookie before they can get one. But, on they other hand, every day after school the young child is allowed to get a cookie without asking.....Then one day after school the childs hand is in the cookie jar and SLAM!!! The childs hand gets smacked and they are scolded for getting a cookie that they were aloud to get for many a school day with out a problem :stumped: I am very sorry if i sound like a broken record to some of you.... This is a way of 'venting' for me :spin:

The law and the insurance companies take a long time to forgive anything. It's been 6 years since my license was suspended for speeding and burnouts and aggressive driving, but if I get one moving violation of any kind my insurance will go up about $1000/yr. I got one average speeding ticket about 2 years after my suspension and I was notified to turn in my license or face a judge. I did get lucky and the judge seemed to understand how it was BS. If the points are off of my insurance and off of my license, why should that happen? I thought it was a fresh start. Nope. It's once a criminal always a criminal when you deal with any sort of authority it seems. Not trying to compare that to what you are facing, just another example of how things work.

Skeedr was your stress reliever, and it was taken away, Understood. A way of feeling accomplishment, each time you tried something new, when it worked out in the end. And it was all yours. Gotcha. Vent away. I hope they forget about you and move on soon. It's such a rediculous thing to keep on your tale like they're doing. I've seen that kind of thing before, frustrating.
