Maybe get some port measurements too?You probly already have
a few hundred miles on it doing wheelies by now!!

I havent put it on yet, im going to get a bigger carb and a CHT gauge and maybe a better pipe before this one goes on. I wan to make a port map of my cylinders soon, i will share for sure  |

Hell yea! I was looking at mine today and figured what the heck its worth one more shot. So i put my sport kit back together with some slight grooves in the piston(i sanded em to take the edges off). Let me say, HELL YEA! After pretty much cooking this piston twice its still running and running strong  lol, go Polini! Im kinda nervous with it though. After all the abuse i dont want it coming apart and ending up with piston in the case. I kinda put it back together just to prove it would still run like that, but it runs so good i dont wanna take it back apart yet  . I think im gonna pull it soon that way its still usable and i can have it bored to fit the 48mm piston 190mech sent me. Thanks 190 ;D! Double post  |

Now you blew it up AGAIN and it still runs. How many more times can you blow up the same piston and cylinder before it stops working And it's not even just "its running" it's... "its running STRONG!" Amazing. |

Since the Sport is under 47mm, you could prob have it bored to that next time and get a 47mm piston. Blow that up a few times. Move up to 48mm from 190mech. Blow that up a few times and then see if you can make it to the 50mm limit. You should completely kill it by 2020 or so. lol
