Well no work on the scoot today. It's gonna storm and I don't want to have to rush to clean everything up when it starts raining. I work in the shop with the blue roof and green floor if you know what I mean...

I now have the same shop.....unless I use the old un-rentable house in the back of our property, but I would have to walk the quarter mike pushing Frankie, if I couldnt finish. Get a new phone! Ditch the dingleberry!

What exactly is a stroker crank? A crankshaft with a longer stroke so the piston has more travel and displacement is increased. I use a regular Garmin GPS and it works fine for 1/3 of that. It's got a screen that shows MPH, miles, ride time, avg speed, moving time, elevation and a few more things that I leave up or you can leave it on map and it still displays speed and direction in the corners. A little tough to see sometimes in bright sunlight, but it's great at night even on 10-20% brightness. Lots of mounts are out there for them.

Well I started the scoot up today and it was running weird. I drove it for a few and checked the cht with an infrared thermometer and it was 209 and climbing so I shut it off. Whats a good running temp on these?

Somewhere around 330-350F is usually where I end up WOT for a while. In the mid-upper 200s part throttle at low speed. If it'll do high speed/RPM at low throttle then it runs hotter. Settled in at idle under 200F.
