I need to find out where i can get one of those adapters like that Adress with the 4-pot in the 1st link! That one has the exact same caliper i have and the shape and spacing of the caliper mount looks quite similar to that of my axis!

According to that guys blog entry that is a Frando 4pot caliper supporter
Further search shows this name
Frando HF6 HF8
Not sure what those numbers are. So the bolt space on the 4P caliper is 40mm then?
I don't know the difference between a Suzuki address 10 inch wheel and an Axis wheel but as you can see the Suzuki Address guys mostly use 4 pot calipers on 200mm discs on 10 inch wheels.

Yeah its 40mm. I said 44 earlier but i meant 40mm. Seems like i need to start reading into Adress brake upgrades then! Thanks Tsimi!

Is the oem caliper actually 2 pot? The oem Zuma calipers look like single piston to me.

Worked on the engine a bit yesterday. Mounted the cylinder and tried mounting some other parts like variator and the piaggio rear pulley. I came to the conclusion the piaggio 128mm rear pulley is not a plug and play deal at all. It's not really gonna work on a minarelli short case motor. After the pulley+clutch+bell is on, there's only like 1 thread left to tighten the nut. The bell is also hitting the clutch so after thats shimmed outwards theres even less left to tighten everything up.
I'll have to figure out what to do but i think i'll end up ditching the piaggio pulley and just go with the 122mm one i had on earlier. Thats no problem though, it's in great shape and has straight grooves instead of the curved ones in the piaggio one. In meantime i might look for a solution for the piaggio pulley.
I also mounted the cylinder. Ended up using two 0.30mm base gaskets otherwise the squish would get too tight. A 0.4mm gasket gave me around 0.5mm squish which is just too tight for my likings or any a/c street machine really. So i stacked two 0.30mm ones which resulted in 0.65+mm squish. Thats perfect, still quite tight so i'll have to watch out for knocking.

Does anybody know if these overrange specific cooling fins (stage 6, malossi mhr, polini ceramic) are actually bigger than normal 'non OR' fins? Do i need an OR specific fin when i have an OR variator and want to make use of full travel like with my Doppler S2BR?
When i look at the malossi OR kits (normal mhr and furia rosso) theres a stock looking cooling fin supplied. Malossi also sells those seperate, but they don't say if they're overrange nor to be used with a OR kit. So are they really bigger than stock or just an overpriced stock fin with a malossi stamp?
Stage 6 and Polini also sell OR fins seperate but they DO market them as overrange...
Iam looking for a fin that works with my doppler overrange variator and isn't nessecarily a brand specific part.

I can measure mine (MHR OR 2005) once and compare it to a stock Jog variator face. If nobody beats me to it. My Polini Evo R02 variator didn't come with a face so I used one that I had and that one is slightly larger than stock. I'll get you more detailed info today after I get home from work.

Lucass2T This is what I got. Malossi MHR OR 2005 vari face 97mmB Moon Factory vari face (I used this face with my Polini Evo vari) 98mmStock ?? sorry didn't had any around. I think besides the OD another factor of those OR vari faces is the angle and cutaway in the center. I would recommend you just go with any OR vari face which sure is better than any stock. Here some links to some old posts of mine. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/post/149308/thread49ccscoot.proboards.com/post/218157/threadThanks to you I could have another look at my Polini OR variator and I think I'm gonna swap out the Malossi OR vari and use the Polini Evo instead. The Polini vari rear plate doesn't use the crank teeth to hold which is a big plus point considering the power and sudden force such a hyper race engine can output.

Malossi Overrange looks normal to me maybe a slight difference in height. I’d have to measure them to be sure.
