Worked on the bike again today, pretty close to getting it to start, I think my wiring is good, just need to figure out how to wire in a kill switch and start button

Have a start button but nothing else, so I need to figure out how to bypass it and get it to button start. And then I can check for spark and what ever else

got out to work on the malaguti-madison 125 tho was a bit hard having to use crutches
changed the carburetor to a naraku 30mm and got it running best with a 107 main jet and 35 pilot jet , new malossi multivar variator kit and belt
gear oil change and engine oil done as well new lockset fitted just waiting on frontpanel now then bike will be ready for mot after i have sorted out the brakes as they are not working due to cracked brake pipes leaking
but did not get them sorted today as leg started hurting to much

Do all the go faster bits first. Then sort the brakes. Great minds think alike. 😂

Don't overdo it. Listen to your body. I've been there and it's frustrating. But you don't want to make it worse long term.

Still need to finish front end, but she starts and idles 😀😀 back plastics are mismatched and sort of fit together, brakes and headlight are next. Wiring is still sketchy at best, but wanted to get it to run before I tear the bike apart and order the parts I want. Some fiberglass and some paint. But will wait for everything to actually get ordered before I actually do a full build. But she starts 😀😀😀

Got a highway bar and pegs put on the Zuma. Can't wait to have my feet kicked out while I'm cruising this summer.

Airflow keeps the balls cool. One could also wear a kilt if their heritage was correct

The temp got up to 58 yesterday. Didn’t have much time, but I did get a short ride in since cold is coming. The heat woke the bugs up.
