People fool themselves to think the gubmint can't find out anything they want to know about ordinary citizens IF they were interested. I just find it humorous that they even try to avoid any of the snooping. I remember in 1979 we had our first phone put in and were ex directory, anyhow 2 days later we had a call from the police to say they had found my tax disc off the car and collect it. I mentioned this to people and the fact we ex directory and some were really freaked out they got hold of our number. The police already knew where you lived Milly. They could have just popped it round to you.  |

What a afternoon after school. First job mow the grass as ordered. Then start bike and lo and behold the headlight played up. Rear indicator did the same. Take out bulb and fell apart in my hand. Off to autostore get 2 bulbs told them straight pins and orange. Get home one orange but offset pins the other pins fine but clear so back into town again and get served by the same person.Get next bulb right pins and colour but wouldn't fit into the lens aperture so find a clear bulb and paint. Earth playing up another 20 minutes and sorted. Go to start and no dice, remove seat bucket check plug which was ok but still no go. For some reason put on jump pack and fired straight away even though battery fine. Confused I was. Left running threw seat bucket in left unbolted and headlight still fine. So off to garage for MOT got advisory on bulb being to close to red.Headlight decided no go and pilot light though working fell out of aperture. Thump, bang , curse and eventually he let me dismantle it and I got it working. Now have a years MOT but what a palaver I am knackered and my vape packed in during all this and started smoking again till Tuesday when new vape arrives.   |

Add Lambretta to your 'never buy' list.
You should know to never buy Italian, British, GM, VW, Ford, Dodge/Chrysler-or whatever the company is called this year, Chinese, Tesla, or Soviet vehicles anyway.
They are all notorious for shitty quality and faulty electrical systems. For that matter, does anyone build quality vehicles anymore?
Put that auto parts store on your shit list.
Painted bulbs don't last. The paint changes color and often causes the bulb to burn out quickly.

Oh, BTW, Scrap that Lambretta. Just dump it off at the scrap yard and watch while they crush it. It is one of those vehicles that are infested or infected with Gremlins. After it has been crushed hose it with petrol and burn it.
Also, quit the vaping and smoking. They are bad for you and other living creatures...

Sort of scooter related, Ellie was late in opening and I got there just as she was sweeping up outside so I swept while she made my coffee and then saw the picture on Facebook that someone had taken 😂  |

That broom is doing a fine job of holding that old fart up, -he looks just like me, along with the Loony plate on a Gremlin infested scooter in the picture. The old fart is probably just waiting for the vape shop to open. It is good that someone gave him something to do.  |

Funnily enough FrankenMech I have to wait till Tuesday for my new vape and the broom does a good job of holding me up. Also Tuesday will be the day I ride the gremlin machine 30 miles to work in Cardigan and on the way back meet Owen on his Suzuki at the care home my mum is at in Henllan and later home. I should have covered 70 miles by then and it will be decision time on the Gremlin mobile whether it stays or goes. 🙂 |

Glad I not got any of this modern watercooled scooters, it would be another problem the way my luck is the last week or so to go wrong.
That also reminds me to check the car as the mechanic serviced it last week and said it was down on water.

Wasn't a scooter but electric bicycle today at school I did a wheelie and flipped it right over onto my arse, then I reversed into daughter in law's car and now come down with man flu. 🤧
They say it comes in 3's lol
And now in my delusional state I am thinking about that non working Peugeot Twat again. 😵💫
