Can you describe how you are painting it. The look is sweet! yup so clean all ur parts thoroughly prim them let the primer cure, do a color of ur choice for the base coat i think black is the best though. let the paint cure, apply a second coat, and let it cure. put one coat of clear on it let that cure for 24-48 hours then sand it leaving ur black or whatever base paint u used there slightly looking like scratches through the paint , once all set use a softer sand paper to smooth it all about and then get a metallic paint of ur choice color , i recommend the duplicolor brands, and apply 2-3 coats , once fully dried clear coat it, once clear coat is dry wet sand it and clear again. i recomend practing it on a practice pice of plastic to figur out horw to get the look u want. |

just an update i have stripped down the head of the engine now just waiting for the big bore kit to come in should be here tues or wen ,and ill re assemble it and get it ridiing. i do still need to match the front plastic to the rest of the blue but that can wait a bit .

OK so i have finished the main parts on her now i just need some l.e.d's, a lil more paint to macth exactly, unfortunately some new plastics to, the new speedometer i talked about by vapor trails, exhaust, performance variator and weights, and thinking about some better suspension for the back and modifying my front shocks with something with springs. Here she is though so far   |
