Its cool man, sorry to ruffle feathers . As long as your happy thats all that matters, 70KPH or not ;D! Heres my ride Its only hit 66MPH once . Taller gears and a heavy CVT would get me to 70 or 100 tho  Looking forward to your pics!

:needpics: I'm with you motomech. From my observations it takes 12+ rwhp to go that fast on a small bike/scooter. For a 50 2t to make that kind or power it would have to spin close to 15,000 rpm. No doubt about it. The power would be like a switch and would be anemic below 9,000 rpm. Exh prt. duration would be 200+ deg. to get revs like that. The best I've seen out of a 50cc is less than 10HP, the only way you would get double figures is with the high end 70cc race kits.

"The best" 2 stroke set-up is different things to different people! Myself, I like a long lasting engine, which means 2 ring piston, and iron cylinder. Yes, it's down on the power, but it lasts. We can look at stuff we'd like to have, but very few of us have the time, and patience, to maintain a "race" motor. Whenever I get the urge for crazy I look at what the folks at Lambretta Innovation are doing: www.lambrettainnovation.co.uk/

raveen,I think most of us feel as you! Those iron cyl,2 ring builds are cheap, fun and last a long time!We all wish for a water cooled Aerox, but then reality sets in....

The '06 xpeed speedometer only registers 50 mph. Mine goes 48 mph indicated with 6gr sliders, 46 mph with a mix of 6 and 4.5. 70 just isn't happening with the mods described, really man!
