Hello. This is the second scoot i show off here, the previous one was sold.... Well, got this one from my friend, it's not running for now, he said it could be due to low compression, yesterday took the cylinder off, and yep, the piston rings are gone. Yesterday evening already bought a 70cc bbk kit w/o head, and a bit of little things. - Battery
- Top end bearing
- fuel filter
- spark cap
That's it for now, will update this thread frequently.

The 70cc kit has arrived but it's in the post office, and im at work, till thursday, at friday, i will pick up the rest of parts needed. Pics later. btw, read this topic 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/8438/2t-pipe-building-tech-stuff Tuning pipe in process. Got all the cone sizes, unfortunatly couldn't print them, cuz it's printing it in different size, any suggestions? Got all the material ready for cutting, but i have the problem with printing the sizes, and my TIG has run out of cable thing (don't know how do you guys call it in english)

So here's another update. i bought all the things listed and even more - Battery
- spark cap
- top end bearing
- fuel filter
- throttle cable
- tig welder string thing
I guess something else too, but i've forgot. So put it all together, engine still on table, i turned the flywheel, and it just couldn't do a full circle, it stopped at one point, at that moment i realised, it was the head, it's too small, but all 50's which i have equipped with 70cc kits, runned with stock 50 head, anyway, gave it to my friend, which has a lathe, he managed to remake it, and it worked, but im pretty sure that the squish clearance is very small about 0.7-0.9mm, and im afraid that the crank won't last long with this setup. Anyway, friend gave me hi's battery, 12v4ah, it couldn't crank it, the compression is very high, but i don't have exact numbers. Later, got a battery from a car, diesel powered, very powerful battery, then the sh** started, wires, started to burn insulation, luckily, not the scoots wires, but the ones which i was running from battery, to scoot, later, got thicker wires, and yeah, after a while of cranking it started, runs smooth, didn't take it for a test yet, just finished the engine, its 12am, and im tired. Sadly, but i have no video of first start, but i will make a vid tommorow, for you guys to see how it purrs. oh, almost forgot, bought a helmet, love it so far! pics.

Bad news... It was very windy, storm-like weather, took the bus from work to home, noticed a falle tree on road, later i was preparing for today's 40mile ride, was going towards, gas station, all cool, filled the gas tank, headed back home and i totally forgot about that tree, and there was a truck with high beams on, i was kinda blinded, and i saw the tree like less than meter ahead of me, couldn't do nothing about it...

Few scrathes, left elbow is kinda more hitten, i guess i slided with it against the road. But im ok, was feeling good enough to come to work. Scoots air filter is damaged, front fairing, the plastic on the steering wheel, where lights mount in, rear left side, and i guess forkis damaged too, just had a quick view this morning. Overall it's okay, and im ok too. Thanks for asking

Time for an update! When braking, noticed my front brake are sqeeky, drove home, took off the caliper, damn, nice view there, haha Later, got sick of the fact, that the carb has a very rich mixture, adjusted the carb, now running 82# MJ, with needle positioned 1 pos from middle upwards. Carb is good. Now the bad thing, the transmission is AWFULY adjusted + the rollers are more like square-ers haha. by the way, it has like really big rear pulley, about 120mm. anyway, put in the 4.5g rollers, the rpm's were very high, and it just barely moved. put in a softer contra spring, with hope, that it will move faster, with not so high revs, nope, still bullshitin' Had no choice, put back the square-ers, cause i didn't have 16x13 heavy rollers now it has a good start, till like 15km/h, and then it's going at about 4k rpm, very slowly max speed 45km/h i think about 6g rollers would do the trick, what you guys think? Anyway, this is it. More updates expected. soon.

Ehh.. Engine is apart, and no, nothing was broken or something, just wanted to check cranks bearings. They're gone.. Some guy on this forum(sorry can't remember your name) told that it sounds like my bearings are gone. When dissasembled saw the result of a soft seize, nothing too bad, but it still bothers me, but no can do, my bugdet for scoot releated things is now more restrictive, i have some more priorities now, gotta get ready for school n stuff. But nevermind that, i will get a new set of bearings, seals, air filter, cause this one is not goid enough, i can see sand in scoots crankcase. So to buy list. -Bearings -Seals -Air filter (stock case with a malossi red sponge should do it -Air filter spray -Top end bearing -Variator rollers I will get all the listed stuff Monday, oh, and almost forgot, Tecnigas RSII will be bought, till i finish my custom exhaust. That's it for now. More updates expectable soon.
