Just taking a random guess that one of you out there lives close to Baltimore, and might be willing to spare some brief time in person walking me through how to use a voltmeter to diagnose electrical issue with my scooter. There are some great videos on this site, but I am not sure which meter to get, where to buy it locally, and how to use it. Also not sure if this is a battery issue (maybe I need a battery tender, which is already wired up from the prior owner.
If you happen to live really close to Bmore, and don't mind bringing your meter with you to check my scooter out, I would be enormously grateful. I am happy to buy you lunch or a sixer, and pay for gas to and fro.
