Ebay seller Joshcloseouts

I ordered from him and he sent the wrong size flywheel puller. He offered a "full refund" after I paid to return the wrong size puller. I escalated my case to eBay and got a full refund without returning the incorrect puller at all but I will never order from this seller again.

It is very poor business when a business sends the wrong item and expects the buyer to pay return shipping for their mistake. It's not the type of business I will buy from.

I recently bought from this guy too. 22.95 for a racing variator rollers and 1k clutch springs with 6.80 shipping totaling 29.75. I ASS U Me D that for the 6.80 shipping that I would at least get a tracking number. Nope standard prepaid legal envelope. Really??? 6.80 for standard shipping in a prepaid envelope. Might I add that I was/am a Ebay newbie and I couldn't find the right place to pay for the one I already committed to buy but I still ordered from him and he opened a ticket on me. I sent him a 2 screen shots one of the Paypal receipt, one of the E bay paid receipt. The ticket is still open.

This guy is a tool I will never buy from him again!!!!

I did finally get a notification that he had shipped the items I ordered with a tracking number but the eBay ticket is still open.

I'm sorry you had to learn this for yourself. I have warned people several times that my experience with josh closeouts was unacceptable. I wish someone had warned me. I will never buy from there again and I will continue to warn others not the buy from there. They or he is not honest and fair with customers.

I need to buy some rings for that Razz and his gy6 site has a piston kit at a decent deal. A week ago sent him a message thru his site because the listing is a little confusing - no answer yet. here is the listing

he did come through for me when i couldn't find replacement gaskets for my new engine.
