Here is a diagram in the Manuals and Documents section; s259.photobucket.com/user/turbostang331/media/139qmbts.jpg.htmlIf you study it you'll see the yellow AC wire coming off the magneto going to the start enricher and also to the headlight switch..Note both the enricher and light switch have a resistor(5W14,30W75) going to ground on both circuits..Those drop the voltage, the 75W one at the headlight switch is whats killing your bulbs, its either fried or is disconnected..Good Luck!!

I usually adjust both valves to .003 (.076mm). There's tons of info and specs in the tech library. The scooters are pretty much all the same. Even though you may have a tpgs824 it's still a 139qmb 4t and they all use the same CDI, blinker relay, stator, etc. They're all the same scoot with different frame or body panels for the most part so the diagram 190mech linked to will work in your application...

i need atleast a fuel gauge that way i dont spend the ride wondering if im gonna run out of gas in the middle of no ware also would ugradeing to a 150 carb remove the need to have a vacuum petcock as the ownly way to Route the fuel line now is on the right side near the coil and wiring and exhaust and i dont takeing risks like that

The 150 carb will cause more problems than good IMO.
For whatever reason I can't see larger views of the pics. Looks like maybe some of their original code was moved around or something? At any rate, what are we looking at exactly? Is it the gauge cluster wiring or actual harness or what?
If you have no fuel gauge you can use the odometer/trip odometer or GPS/app that tracks mileage as long as you know your approximate fuel economy. I don't have a gas gauge on any of my scoots.

Can you just peel back the wiring and patch it up with solder or butt connectors and electrical tape or heat shrink to save the gauge? You may have to get the whole cluster if you want to replace it. eBay Search Results

If you can't get a blade under there to help free it, since the bolts are out you can prob bump it with a mallet. Remember it's plastic so just tap it, don't hit it hard.
