Your bike is not going to do 60mph if you had 2k to put into the engine. the power you need to generate to get that much weight going is not gonna happen with 50 or 70 cc and not be running on the edge. If you are worried about opening the case becauee you have minimal tools you have a long learning experience ahead of you.I think you should have more realistic goals or change your plan of action.

If you have a short case currently, a short case would be the easiest way to go. A long case would make it look a little stretched out and can use a larger tire, but there could be clearance issues with the mudguard and it would draw a bit more attention I'd think. Short case scoots usually have 10" wheels and up to about a 3.50x10 tire. Some have 12" wheels, but they'd be very low profile. The long case can use 10-13" wheels and doesn't need really low profile 12" tires to fit.
Unless your scoot is one with two sets of engine mounts on it so either motor bolts in, you'll need to weld in a mount for the 150. Some buy used 150 scoots and chop the mount out. I'm sure they're around somewhere for sale or something custom could be fabricated.

the only place it mounts on the frame is where the main stand is at and where the shock is at in the rear

Sorry you feel that you are getting no helpful answers. It does help if you can provide pictures with your posts and they are well lit and clear. That way members can see what you see and provide suggestions/answers you're looking for. The tech section and others builds are packed full of info and in my experience you will not find a better source of info on any other site as this forum is full of knowlegable and experienced scoot members. a quote from the movie 'Jerry Maguire'; "Help us help you."

3/16 and 1/4" fuel lines are on most scoots. 1/4" lines usually work, some have a smaller nipple on the carb and 3/16" works better. There were some bottom mount engines in a few models of I believe ATVs and a more motorcycle-like scooter, but I wouldn't count on finding one for sale. You or someone will most likely need to fabricate an engine mount, or at least weld a premade mount into your frame if you want a 150 to work. Katastroff just posted a few pics of a mount he made to give you ideas and there is a search link below that contains some other swaps and discussion of swaps. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/10030/stroff-mobileSwap SearchFor a brake and wheel just search for GY6 brake shoes or something similar, same for the wheel. It may not work on Amazon, but lots will come up on eBay. Also if you search eBay for GY6 150 short case results come up about $200 cheaper than the engine you linked on Amazon. I know you said you'd like Amazon links, but that's a huge difference. There's a cheaper one on amazon you can find with the same search, but customer service from that seller gets bad reviews.
