Anyone with a stock Taotao, could you please measure from the center of the bolt to the ground w/o the center kickstand holding up the scoot?

Apparently in the 2 pages of dimensions I recorded before starting my build I forgot this one which is crucial. With the center stand down it reads approximately 9-3/8". I need that dim. while the scoot is freestanding.
