YeH i checked it. the squeak has now turned into a backfire sound coming from the air intake. No loss of power at all. i have tried tuning and have yet to get rid of the sound.

I'm just gonna hrow this at you and please someone correct me if im wrong.
You say its like a whistling squeaky sound, and that you got a BBK on it. Even if your reed valves are ok, they could be what's causing this. I think i read somewhere something about a spacer between the case and the reed valves to improve the flow of the intake.
One other thing to look at, since you got a BBK, its possible that the preasure in the crankcase is making your reed valves sing/whistle/squeak/squeel. Have you got thicker reed valves to try on?
Just some brainstorming ideas, shock me if im wrong.

All that sounds plausible. i dont havr thicker reeds. i should probably get a spacer. i do not have one on.

If you weren't getting good spark that could cause the backfiring.

I fiddled with it this afternoon. And saw that I needed to tighten my head bolts. I saw exhaust coming from the side near the base of the cylinder. checked the bolts and they were loose. I hope riding it like that for a hundred miles didn't hurt anything. Noise eliminated re tuned it and seems better. I rigged up my sparkplug wire to get me through until the new coil gets delivered.
