I ordered a 24mm X 1 flywheel puller for my Taotao ATM50 and it doesn't fit. The puller I got says GY6.125 on the plastic storage box it came in. If I measure the puller I got it measures about: 1.025" (26.035mm) with my micrometer in the threads and 1.04" (26.416mm) diameter of the threads that should go into the flywheel. I tried to measure my flywheel and the closest I can measure is .890" or 22.6mm where the puller needs to thread in.
I know this puller will not thread into the flywheel and I need a smaller one. Does any one know what size I need? I don't know if I got the wrong tool or if my flywheel is smaller than others but I do know what I have will not work.

Sounds like they sent you one for a 150, I'd contact them and see if you could send it back for the right one.

That's the way it looks. I believe they sent the 27mm not the 24mm but I would like to know that before I contact them.
Do you know it the 125cc uses a 27mm puller and the 50cc uses a 24mm?

The seller wants me to pay to return the item. I did not receive what I ordered. I'm not very pleased with this right now. I'll let you know what happens and who I bought it from after it is resolved.
Any guesses who sold it to me?

Pay Pal with a credit card. I always switch it from my bank account to a credit card.

That's why I only deal with the company's that are linked to the top of this forum and www.gy6store.com. ordered a puller from gy6 and they sent my a clutch tool instead, called them up and offered to return it for the right part and he told me to keep it for my troubles and sent me the right part. I'll always return to a company that's willing to fix there screw ups. |

This is one of those disappointing things more than the cost. We are only talking about $15 but it seems wrong to ask me to pay for return shipping when they shipped the wrong item. I am going to order one from Amazon today and see how this works out. Since they didn't offer to replace it with what I ordered, I am requesting a full refund and a call tag for return shipping costs.

Here's the rest of the story on my flywheel puller.
I ordered a 24mm puller from eBay and received a 27mm puller instead.
When I advised the seller of his error he offered a full refund after I paid for return shipping. Since this was not my error I escalated the case to eBay and they gave me a courtesy refund. I'm not exactly sure what that means but I have my money back, including shipping, and I have the 27mm puller. I ordered a 24mm puller from another seller since I needed one and this guy wasn't coming through with the item I ordered.
And who was it? joshcloseouts
Needless to say I won't be ordering from him again. I have bought lots of stuff from eBay before and never had an issue that wasn't quickly resolved by the seller.
DO NOT BUY FROM joshcloseouts on eBay

I read about him on here too but only after I ordered. Then I started looking closer at other eBay sellers. There are lots with similar negative comments to josh
