Hey guys so the other day i went to go for a ride on my new (to me) Yamaha cw50 which was all fine and good half way home from a 25k ride and poof (scoot gets super loud) and not a nice kind of loud get home and my exhaust gasket is just not their anymore (Bare in mind the guy i bought the scoot from didnt give it much love) so anyway off comes the exhaust some pondering and an idea struck (one of my better ones (or so i like to think)) ill make a gasket so some copper wire comes out along with the snips. using a brush handle i made it as perfectly round as possible and i then put the smallest dab of impact adhesive on the back of the new gasket to keep it in place while i bolt on the exhaust again (which will not be coming loose anytime soon) and hey presto im back up and running with a much nicer and if anything a deeper pitch noise from the exhaust (pictures enclosed) let me know what you think.. hey it might come in handy for somebody, somewhere, sometime
