Could be that your piston rings are shot. Haven't overfilled it with oil?
What is your valve cover vent hooked to?
The positive outcome here is that you're safe since it didn't end in a crash from oil on the tire.

when I put the bbk in I forgot to put one of the piston pin sprongs in. Ended ub putting a big scratch on the piston cylinder wall. Man am I stupid!! Also One time I loosened the bolts holding the engine head together and I think the gaskets started leaking. Oh well, Thankfully I have another engine. When I get the money Ill just buy another BBK kit and upgrade both engines. Now it seems so slow though. I don't even have enough money to buy a gasket set, It sucks but at least I still have transportation. Thanks for your help with everything. Were you ever able to find out whats the biggest tire I can fit on the back of a 10" vip? Thanks again

Don't beat yourself up over it. I recently did an engine swap and forgot to put gear lube in and the nut on the engine mount rod. I test rode it that way for a mile on a 50 mph road. I got lucky but we can all make mistakes. Especially if we get in a hurry to see results of our work.

I learn everything the hard way myself, so at least I hope this will be part of a lesson to take your time and pay attention to detail with an engine build. That said, mistakes still happen. At least it should just be a top end replacement and it's not something that destroyed the engine. I'd still suggest flushing out those cases with brake parts cleaner or kerosene or something like that and before it's rebuilt so you can get metal particles out of there. Were you ever able to find out whats the biggest tire I can fit on the back of a 10" vip? Depends how bad you want the biggest tire... 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/827/rear-tire-short-case-139qmb

can I use the performance cam on a stock engine? And do I use the stock rockers or the bigger performance rockers? I would be using the stock lifters and everything else.

You can use a performance cam on a stock engine. Same rocker assembly as the stock cam. Only time you should have to swap that stuff around is if you change between 64 and 69mm valved heads.

Can I change the head on the engine without having to get a new gasket? Or will the metal gasket still work ok? I forgot how slow these damn things are without any upgrades!!

You can often get away with reusing the metal head gaskets. A coat of copper spray isn't a bad idea.

So I decided to put the bigger cam on the other engine and to find out that the engine has a bore kit installed! YEAH! Then i put the bigger head on from the 100 cc bbk but it didnt work well. It was slower?? Why was it slower?Put the other head back on, much better. I believe the bore kit that was on the engine was only a 80cc The piston is bigger than the 50cc but smaller than the 100

Probably slower from decreasing compression. Some kits basically use a stock head with a larger combustion chamber that matches the bore size. The larger chamber lowers the compression ratio. Can be good for keeping it tame and able to run pump gas, but some do fine with the stock head and if so the higher compression increases output.
