A 139QMB or 1P39QMB oil capacity is 900ml. What oil to use, well that's a debate its self. My manual says 15W-40. I've used 10W-40 also. I prefer Havoline or Castrol for no other reason than that's what my grandfather always used. Gear oil capacity is 110cc or 110ml of SAE80W-90.

Just wanted to add I've noticed that some 49cc oil dip sticks say 750ml on them yet the manual says 900ml and I've usually been able to get almost a whole quart in them. After you fill it, run it around the block and check it again.

Don't trust any of the stickers on the gy6 scooters talking about oil quantity, or viscosity.
I followed the stickers statement that my scooter held 800ml of oil, so I poured in exactly that after a warm drain. Checked it and it showed overfull, but I thought - "well I'm wrong, the sticker is right" - UNTIL I took a short ride around the block. The scooter was struggling all the time and was definitely under stress.
Put the scooter on the center kick, drained the oil again, refilled until the stick showed the oil level was in the upper "cross hatch" area. It took 600ml. Another quick trip around the block and it was ok, back to not laboring. No excessive friction, performing well. Lesson learned.
As to the gear oil, I use Valvoline synthetic (75 w 90) and follow the advice on draining from someone else. Remove the drain plug, allow to drain, rotate the gears some and allow more drain time. Refill until oil is level with the fill hole.
btw.. I use Mobil 1 synthetic 10w 30 in my engines. it works great.

My manual says both 600 and 900ml for engine oil, depends what page you check. I go with 700ml/cc +/- 50ml/cc. I use the same oil you have. Works alright for me and doesn't cost a lot.
I use Mobil 1 75W90 synthetic gear oil, 100-120ml. I stick with full synthetic gear oils because it seems like any time I've used cheapo gear oils they come out burnt or grey/glittery. A lot of my experience is with 2Ts that are putting a lot of stress on the gearbox and have a little different design, but the results have been enough to convince me that it's 100% worth the cost for synthetic gear oil. Using such a small amount and not changing it as frequently as engine oil, the cost is still hardly anything per change.
