sounds like its a fuel starve. also check the fuel petcock for flow check the vacuum lines for cracks. intake boot before and after carb for cracks and such.

Ok this is the carb when I opened,the float was not paralel. The carb has no junk,check the jets all are ok. the float,has stop tab when open,i dident adjust this After adjusting the float paralel with the carb But now the engine wont start,there is no fuel in the cylinder,the spark plug is dry,the vacum petel works ok,i replaced with new,all hoses are replaced.

Still having a float problem? Is the carb filling with gas after a few cranks?

If you have accidentally raised the float level too high, you might create a situation where you have blocked certain critical air passages resulting in no fuel flow. While having the float seam level with the bowl is a good general guideline, it's not always THE correct setting for all carburetors.
By making the float "level", you raised the float level in the bowl. That means you will have more fuel in the float bowl and you will have a richer mixture as it will take less vacuum to pull fuel through the jet. Unless the fuel now blocks ports needed for air. The float bowl has to be able to vent. Otherwise a vacuum would be created.
If the mixture was rich in the first place, that will make the situation worse. Is the plug light colored or dark and wet?

The plug was wet only when the engine worked on idle,when reved the plug chop was white/broun but it was cuting off like there is no fuel,i will reopen the carb once more.

This IS a 50cc correct? Still 50cc ? What size carburetor (18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 30mm) ?
Maybe I missed it but would you please post the pilot and main jet sizes you had installed when you first started tackling this issue (in case you've changed them)
Also, where is the clip on the needle set?
Finally, not to be a nag but...carburetor cleaning is one of the most misunderstood things in automotive mechanics. Granted (YOU) may be an expert, but just for the record, how did you clean the jets?

Yes it is a 50cc,the carb i standard mikuni copy (i think 16mm) main jet size i 62(stock) pilot jet also stock,did not have any numbers on it,the jets and the carburetor pasages are cleaned with carb cleaner and compresed air,and i'm not an expert only a entusiast.

It could just be that the main is too small and idle mixture/needle settings are not right. I've heard of them with 50s and 60s main jets, but none of mine have liked them or had them stock. My stock jets tend to be more like 70-75.

The 62/64 is stock,but the intake snorkel is usualy 12/13mm in size.
