Hello again...I need a little help..My scooter started to bog down at low rpm's.. from 0 to almost 1/2 throttle..almost stalls. After 1/2 throttle it runs fine. It doesn't do it when I first start it, only does it after it's warmed up. I've checked the jets and they're fine. Checked the valves and they're good. It's getting fuel. Fuel filter, air filter look good. I recently changed rear tire and didn't see any exhaust gasket on there. I put a new one on...Any ideas what it could be? Thanks

Try RAISING the needle clip by one position (lower the needle by one)
Or before you do that, turn the mixture screw counterclockwise two turns and see if it improves.
Seems when cold, it's getting the fuel it needs but as it warms up, it may be getting too much in the lower range.

So I should increase or lower the fuel mixture?..Counter-clockwise increases the fuel.

sounds like a/f mix is off on bottom end. you mentioned it is ok when cold, but then once warmed up is too much fuel, perhaps the automatic choke is not functioning correctly?

also have you changed your air intake setup in any way that would affect airflow? if so, try putting it back as it was and see if that improves the issue.

I put a new OEM stock air filter on last year. I haven't had any problems with it...I have a spare auto choke I'll try and see if that fixes it.

Yeah, I meant to mention the enricher and then forgot to go back and edit my first post. Then someone else mentioned it.
I hope the OP will post the final outcome so we all get better at diagnosing.

UPDATE: It's fixed!...It was a combination of bad enricher and being out of tune after I went back to stock jets for the summer. I tuned it for about an hour. I could never get it to where the back tire didn't spin at all without bogging out. The back tire still spins barely, but this is the best tuned I have ever gotten it...She's purring! I hope that someday I will have faith in it to be completely reliable. I'm still a little wary about taking it very far. Hopefully it stays fixed for a while. Time to order a back up enricher just in case. My favorite donut is chocolate glazed!
