Was interested to see that my Kymco book recommended 25psi. I usually run 30ish in the summer when the rubber gets nice and sticky with the MO heat. But in the winter when the rubber stays hard on cold roads i run 25 just to keep as much contact as possible. But this is with "performance" rubber with a way stiff and short side wall.

No "winter" down here It's been riding weather all week, and I'm on vacation My Kymco manual recommends just 21.3 psi front, and 24.8psi rear with one rider. Hmmm. So should I sit on it while I measure it's tire pressures? Sounds awkward. Then the manual lists higher values for two riders. Are they saying that you need to run higher pressures with a second rider, or that the same amount of air will read as a higher pressure with the added weight of your GF? Weird. I like the way if feels now (31 front, 33 rear). If you guys say it's cool, I'm sticking with that.

You should be fine at the current pressures. Check with no one on the scoot. It's saying to add pressure for additional weight, not that it will read higher. It takes more pressure with more weight to keep the tire the same shape.
