Ok so i got another 100cc kit and some how the rings fused to the piston. Guess it overheated. Cylinder wall was good so ordered another piston and rings. Scorpion products piston looks way better than whatever i had. Anyways put it all together and? Nothing! It wont start. Bought new stator plug and wire. Getting spark getting fuel. No compression? I used a soft gasket on the head instead of the metal one because it didnt look good. Could this be the problem or is using a soft grey material 1/64 ok? This thing is making me angry! U dont want to see hulk angry!

After you've checked the obvious....Check valve adjustment AGAIN. Does it have compression? Is valve timing correct? A spark, getting fuel etc.... You need to be able to actually check the actual compression. HF has a very inexpensive kit for this. If the compression is ok...
Remove the timing chain tensioner....
Release the tang so the push bar is all the way retracted (pushed in).
Reinstall the lower main assembly....but do not install the top center bolt that pushes the spring down until AFTER you have bolted down the lower (2 bolt) main assembly.
This mistake causes the timing chain to be way too tight and prevents the engine from starting.

Put the metal gasket on there but first clean it up real good and spry both sides of it with copper spray. It will work well. Let the spray tack up for a while before you install the gasket. I usually hang the gasket from a wire so I can spray it on both sides at once. The can has a ball inside just like spray paint. Shake it well

The pressure from compression in the cylinder will blow out that soft gasket..

Thats what i was afraid of. What would make the piston rings fuse to the piston
