FYI TGB Sunset 150cc right side gasket..... Is NOT standard. It is a proprietary gasket and not so easy to find. Standard 150 gasket on a TBG Sunset 150 side cover I have a headache....

RTV was a thought....but...
The only problem with using RTV is ....well there are two actually.
1). You need to let it sit at least 24 hours to cure before you add oil and "try" it
2). if for any reason there is still an internal problem or a leak, the RTV is messy to remove.
What I did was trimmed the area where it misses the bolt hole so that it doesnt protrude into the case, then RTV'd just that small area around the bolt and into the unused bolt hole.
Will know tomorrow if it worked.

I would get some gasket material from an auto parts store and trace the standard gasket on it and once you get the majority of the gasket traced out you could set the case directly on the material and trace the outer section and then leave the extra material in that section and after place the gasket on the case so you can use the case itself to trim it to spec on the inner section.
All you need is a very sharp pair of scissors, a sharp X-acto or utility blade and a single-hole punch is also very helpful.
