Started out using 19mm stock carb.it sucked got one off eBay .same thing.so I sent for a so called 20mm from 02starrider .it worked the best out of the 3 .so I'm putting bbk on and I send for a jet kit.so when jet kit arrived I go to put #90 in so called 20mm but there to small .the jet in 20mm is 5mm.the jets I sent for are4mm.I been told that there is no such thing as a 20mm carb? If that's true way would the so called 20mm carb I got have 5mm jets? Or are there 18/19mm carbs that have 5mm jets?

5mm Keihin are the standard jets for carbs used on a 139QMB. 5mm head, 4mm thread diameter.

Walleye measure the i.d. of the carb you have on end nearest head, should be 20mm.Jets are typically copies of as Brent said Keihin small round or Mikuni small round. The small round Mikuni is used in their small dia. VM Series,so a good local m/c shop should have a box of all sizes.Bring your carb with sans jet and try one.If so buy a couple you think are right and you can get started tuning til you get the right kit.

Thanks guys.I got a kit but they were to small for the so called 20mm carb I have but they fit on the stock carb so I'll try that one first.the 20mm carb just made it run better.but now that I up the jets on the stock carb it might run better now.
