Is it the carb drain hose? does it attach at the bottom of the carb, and not go anywhere?

Is it the carb drain hose? does it attach at the bottom of the carb, and not go anywhere? I Am just trying to troubleshoot why my scooter is running so sluggish. I think my next move is to just drain the gas and put new gas in it. I think I have bad gas cause the carb is clean. Petcock is working. Hoses are good.  |
