I'd like to see his welding up close and personal.If it's as good as the photo looks someone lost their ass in labor.I like the nekid look myself but boy to get that true and welds clean,wow.

That is just a Ruck clone similar to mine. Mine has two front wheels but the same scoot is available in a standard two wheel version from where I purchased mine. Mine has a rear disk brake.
There are a number of importers that carry them.

It is just a ruck clone. Maybe a slight change in the rear seat bracket configuration. Models available from any specific manufacturer or importer seem to change by the minute. Whatever parts they can slap together and cram into a shipping container is offered when it is opened. That is why I don't even try to remember different models.

You could talk him down a hundred and get it for what its really worth. He left some room open for negotiation. It is a Chinese scooter after all.
