Pull the variator, see if that does anything. Pull the fan cover too to see if it's coming from that side

I actually had a lot of fun with one of those. But they eat pipes like they're going out of style. You should definitely find a lighter pipe.

should a rear pulley spin without wabble if there is no belt on it? it seems like its out of balance or not perfectly round but maybe its just because there is no belt on it? i dont know

It deff shouldn't wobble or anything that thing turns at some high rpm it would vibrate really bad if so..

There might be a chunk of the old belt stuck in between there making it look bent.

What's spinning the rear pulley with no belt? Once you pull off the bell you can grab the clutch pads and spin it quite fast with your hand.
