  Simple question I guess... Without modding the airbox or changing the jets. Would this work on my 50cc or will I have to change the jets... This carb is off the 150cc I picked up |

If I remember correctly, you'll have to use the 150 manifold with it. I've put them on scoots with the bigger bores. I see no point in putting it on a scoot if it doesn't have a big bore. No noticeable performance gain and worse fuel economy.
It can be done though.

It can be used like Spaz said but you would have to re-jet. Any change to the intake system with OEM carbs will necessitate a re-jet.
