You know what I wanted to get for mine. They make these things that plug into the lighter outlet and transmit sound to a FM receiver and you can get them in various engine sounds. The speaker would have to be pretty loud though I think. What I REALLY need is a beeper hooked up to my turn signal switch because I am always driving around with a signal on after I turn lol. Get one from a Zuma and hook it up. They click very loudly. Spaz, are they a direct replacement?

Spaz, good idea. With a 15" sub and a very good amp. we could sound like a Harley, ha ha. Would that not freak out a lot of folks? It would be even better if you could have a program that linked to the throttle position...using a throttle position sensor or something. So, we need a micro computer, a 100 watt amp and a 15" sub, and, a program that can play different sounds from Harleys to top fuel dragsters. Now this is a product begging to be invented.

The device I am talking about senses the rpm from the electric signal or some something and varies the tone with the engine rpm. They sound pretty good in a car actually. Not sure how well it would work with our engines and electrical systems though.
I will try to look it up on the internet tomorrow if I think about it.

Thanks for the link. With a little effort, we could adapt these to our scoots. Would that not be wild? It would probably work very well with those scoots having the stock (very quiet) exhaust. Bill

It will sound goofy IMO. Im interested to see how it will work with a CVT vehicle that stays around the same rpm from basically 0 to top speed.
